Located at the Clark County Fairgrounds in Springfield, Ohio. This fabulous facility is totally flat - it was once an airport - with long stretches of pavement and plenty of grassy areas in between. And it's all within sight of I-70, right at the intersection of Route 41, between Dayton, Cincinnati, and Columbus.

February Event

Saturday Only!

Set Up Schedule for February Show
Early Vendor set-up begins Friday from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM, and Saturday 6am to 7:30am. The Springfield Swap Meet & Car Show is open to the general public from 8:00 AM to 3:00 PM. While setting up you must not leave your car parked unattended in someone else's vendor spot. All unattended vehicles will be towed!

Pre Registration
We will not accept pre registration, or hold spaces, after February 1st for the February show unless paid for by credit card.

Vendor Registration
Vendor Registration will be open Friday from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM, and Saturday 6am to 7:30am. Day-of-show vendors will need to register during these hours to have a space assigned if available. Vendors are encouraged to pre register to ensure enough spaces are available for your items to be displayed. No checks will be accepted for spaces at day of shows. (Cash or Credit Cards ONLY)

Early Vendor set-up begins Thursday from 12:00 PM noon to 6:00 PM and after 6:00 AM on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. The Springfield Swap Meet & Car Show is open to the general public from 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM on Friday & Saturday, and from 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM on Sunday. While setting up you must not leave your car parked unattended in someone else's vendor spot. All unattended vehicles will be towed!

Pre Registration
We will not accept pre registration, or hold spaces, after May 1st for Spring and August 14th for Fall shows unless paid for by credit card.

Vendor Registration
The Vendor Registration tent will be open Thursday from 12:00 to 6:00 PM, Friday and Saturday 6:00 AM to 6:00 PM and Sunday 6:00 AM to 3:00 PM Day-of-show vendors will need to register during these hours to have a space assigned if available. Vendor Entrance Information
All vehicles entering ground through the vendor gate MUST peel backing off the window sticker and place on lower left of the windshield to be admitted. Registration closes at 6:00 PM and stickers cannot be purchased or picked until the following morning after 7:00 AM!

Sheriffs' deputies guarding the gates after 6:00 PM STRICTLY follow just one, strictly enforced rule for after hours admission to the fairgrounds... "NO APPROVED ID STICKER, NO ADMISSION"!

NO EXCEPTIONS! Please note that the window sticker policy has to be strictly enforced to ensure only fellow vendors have access on the grounds after show hours!


Vendor Parking
There are no special vendor parking spaces available so vendors must park in general admission parking or on their spaces. Vendors must keep all vehicles, tents, items for sale, etc., either on their assigned spaces or parked in designated parking areas. Adjacent open areas may not be used for storage or parking. A separate parking area for large trucks, trailers, etc., is located inside the fairgrounds.


Vendor Passes
Vendors receive (1) vehicle pass per vendor space. Extra passes are limited to (1) additional vehicle pass per vendor, and must be purchased at $30 each. Please make arrangements in advance for helpers to have window stickers before entering the grounds. If they arrive separately without a window sticker, they will have to enter at the general admission gate, and pay the admission fee. Since all vendors that cannot fit their vehicles on their vendor space have to park in general admission anyway it is recommended additional workers enter through the General Admission gate and park their vehicle to save time and confusion because vehicles without a vendor pass will not be able to enter the vendor gate.

The continued growth of our event has forced us to use areas that were empty before. At recent events there have been many shocked and disappointed vendors who found that the familiar "dead" spot behind them is no longer available for parking.

DON'T LET THIS HAPPEN TO YOU!
You must either get enough spaces to both display your products and park your vehicle or plan to park in general admission. We apologize for any inconvenience, but this situation has occurred as "growing pains"
in every major swap meet. (Remember when we could all park on the field at Carlisle?)


Unoccupied Spaces
Any contracted space not occupied by 9:00 AM on Sunday will revert to Famous Auto Promotions.
No refunds.

Helpful Vendor Tip:
When offering many items that require people to enter inside your vendor space make sure to purchase enough adjoining spaces to allow buyers room to view all of your items for sale. Many buyers will walk by a vendor who doesn't have enough room to get into his vendor space due to congestion from the large amount of buyers who attend our shows every year. Make sure your customers have room to move to help encourage them to enter your display.


Pets
Pets are not allowed on the grounds at any time, unless the vendor or camper has obtained a special free permit at vendor registration. Pets must be kept on a leash at all times, and either confined inside a vehicle, or otherwise out of the reach of spectators. Pet owners must have liability insurance on the pets, and must assume all liability for the pet and its actions, and agree to hold Famous Auto Promotions, Inc., it's employees, and the Clark County Fairgrounds harmless in any suit or legal action arising from your pet's actions.


Other Restrictions
Motorized vehicles (mopeds, motorbikes, etc. or antique bicycles) are not permitted unless you can show you are handicapped. We must see your handicap permit and you must complete a free special permit (located at vendor tent). You must be 16 or older and must have liability insurance on handicap vehicle.

No foodstuffs may be sold, due to an exclusive contract with our food vendor. This includes soft drinks, candy, snacks and fruit. (Anything someone can eat or drink)

Weapons, explosives, alcohol, tattoos, illegal items, or other items not in keeping with the family atmosphere of this event may not be displayed or sold.

Limited 110-volt electric hook-up is available in some vendor areas. Check with our staff to make sure power is available before purchasing your vendor space. Permits must be attached to your plug and readily visible. Please check on each show's price list for current electrical usage cost.

You must carry insurance on your own property. Famous Auto Promotions, Inc. is not responsible for loss due to theft, accident, vandalism, or injury.

The show will be open rain or shine - No Refunds due to weather conditions!
